Return policy

RETURNS


You can change your mind and return your product within 100 days from the date of receipt. If more than 100 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new or nearly new condition (undamaged) and include all originally sent parts. It does not need to be in its original packaging, but it must be returned in a box or protective packaging.

A return tag will be provided to you, so you will not have to pay for return shipping. We will contact you to determine whether the box should be dropped off at a relay point or picked up directly from your home or workplace.

Discounted or Promotional Items (if applicable)
Both regular and discounted items are refundable.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)

  • Any item that is significantly damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 100 days after delivery.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and inform you, once the return is verified, that your refund has been approved. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a few days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges (if applicable)
We can only replace items if they are initially defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at contact@phoenixrecoveryclub.com for return instructions.

The shipping costs related to returning your item are our responsibility.
