At Phoenix Recovery Club, it all started with one question:
How can we live a long life—and stay healthy doing it?
I’ve seen it up close.
My grandparents lived nearly a century.
My grandfather reached 99. My grandmother made it to 97.
They were present, autonomous, mentally sharp.
That was my idea of longevity.
Then everything changed.
My father passed away young.
I was still a student.
And I realized something:
living long is not guaranteed.
Since then, I made myself a promise:
To do everything I can to grow old in good shape, with a strong heart and a clear mind.
That promise led me to search, study, and question everything.
Yes, nutrition matters.
Yes, training is essential.
Yes, sleep is a pillar.
But it’s not enough.
I discovered a world that too many people still ignore.
Tools used by athletes, biohackers, and anyone who wants to keep performing at 40, 50, or 60.
