This warranty policy applies to the entire range of Phoenix Recovery Club products, including tubs, Chillers, and SteamBox Saunas. The warranty covers manufacturing and material defects for the period specified for each product. This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable.

Warranty Duration

  • SteamBox: 2 years from the date of purchase.
  • Tubs and Chillers: 1 year from the date of purchase.
  • Accessories: 1 year from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies in the following cases:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The warranty covers defects resulting from the manufacturing of the product or the materials used.
  • Material Issues: Any defect related to the quality of the materials used in the manufacturing of the product is covered by the warranty.
  • Normal Operation: The warranty applies to products used in accordance with the usage instructions provided by Phoenix Recovery Club.

Examples of cases covered by the warranty:

  • Construction Defects: Cracks, leaks, or any other structural issues that appear despite normal use.
  • Component Failure: Problems with heating elements, steam units, or filtration systems that do not function as expected.
  • Performance Issues: If the product fails to achieve the performance indicated in the product documentation (e.g., a SteamBox that does not heat properly).

Warranty Conditions

  • Repair or Replacement: In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, Phoenix Recovery Club reserves the right to determine whether the product should be repaired, a part of the product should be replaced, or the entire product should be replaced, at its discretion.
  • Product Condition: The condition of the product will be evaluated to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the product has been damaged due to improper use, abuse, inadequate maintenance, accident, unauthorized modifications, or normal or excessive wear, the warranty will not apply.
  • Warranty Exclusion: Products used for commercial or professional purposes are not covered by this warranty.

Claim Procedure

  • Claim Notification: To request warranty assistance, the customer must contact Phoenix Recovery Club customer service at contact@phoenixrecoveryclub.com, providing proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect, with photos and/or videos if necessary.
  • Product Return: If necessary, the customer will need to return the product for evaluation. If the warranty claim is approved, Phoenix Recovery Club will cover the shipping costs for the repaired or replaced product.
  • Product Evaluation: Phoenix Recovery Club will evaluate the returned product to determine if the defect is covered by the warranty. If the defect is covered, Phoenix Recovery Club will proceed with the repair or replacement of the product.

Limitations and Responsibilities

  • Exclusion of Liability: Phoenix Recovery Club will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of the product.
  • Limitation of Warranty: This warranty is the only express warranty provided by Phoenix Recovery Club. No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, will apply.
